PRESENTER GUIDELINES
Presentations for the IEEE ICP2026 will be held in classroom-style meeting rooms.
Each presenter will be briefly introduced by the Session Chair before the presentation.
DURATION
Invited Speakers: 40 minutes
30 minutes presentation
10 minutes Q&A
Contributed papers: 20 minutes
15 minutes presentation
5 minutes Q&A
The Session Chair will signal time limits with a bell:
Invited Speakers: once at 27 minutes, and twice at 30 minutes
Contributed papers: once at 12 minutes, and twice at 15 minutes
PRESENTATION PREPARATION AND DELIVERY
Content: Presenters should prepare their slides carefully, ensuring the content is clear, concise, and provides an overview of the key principles, facts, and results. Detailed discussions can continue with session attendees during the breaks.
Technical Setup:
Session Location: Familiarize yourself with the location and time of your session in advance and obtain directions to the meeting room.
Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes before the session starts to introduce yourself to the Session Chair.
Equipment: A laptop, projector, and screen will be available in the session room. A clicker/pointer will also be provided,

Format: Prepare your presentation in MS PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or Adobe PDF format. You are highly encouraged to use the template that is designated by ICP 2026 committee. Download here.
Upload: Upload your presentation onto EDAS starting from 25th July 2026 onwards
AVOIDING COMPATIBILITY ISSUE
Format: Use MS PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or Adobe PDF format.
Embedded Videos: We cannot provide support for embedded videos. Avoid using links to YouTube or other web services. Test your presentation on the on-site laptop in advance to ensure it works as expected.
Fonts: Only fonts included in the basic installation of MS Windows will be available. Using other fonts may result in incorrect layout or style.
