Registration for Non-Presenting Attendees

Participants who wish to attend ICP2026 without presenting a paper may register under either the Full Conference Package or the Flexible-Day Package.

Full Conference Package

Registration Fees

• IEEE Member: RM2,100 or USD500

• Non-IEEE Member: RM2,300 or USD550

The package includes:

• Admission to all conference sessions on 25th and 26th August 2026.

• Lunch and refreshments on both days

• One Gala Dinner ticket

• Conference kit

• Access to the full conference papers through EDAS

• Conference programme and related materials

• Certificate of participation

Flexible-Day Package

Registration Fees

• One-day attendance: RM500 or USD150

• Two-day attendance: RM900 or USD280

• Optional Gala Dinner ticket: RM150 or USD50 on evening of 25th August 2026.

The package includes:

• Admission to conference sessions on the selected day(s)

• Lunch and refreshments on the selected day(s)

• Access to the programme and relevant materials for the selected day(s)

• The conference kit, access to full conference papers through EDAS and Gala Dinner are not included. The Gala Dinner ticket may be purchased separately.

How to Register and Make Payment

All non-presenting attendees must make payment first, then complete the registration form and upload proof of payment. Participants may make payment through either EDAS or bank transfer.
